LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable Analyst
for a 6-month onsite contract in Seattle, WA. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounts receivable processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
Apply customer payments to accounts and reconcile discrepancies
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes
Maintain organized accounts receivable records for audit purposes
Assist with month-end close, including AR reporting and reconciliations
Support audit activities and provide documentation as needed
Identify opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and efficiency
Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance operations
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
