Job Description
The
Manufacturing Manager
will be responsible for:
Managing and coordinating all manufacturing operations to meet production and quality goals. Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high safety standards. Monitoring production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to clients. Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize processes and integrate new technologies. Overseeing the maintenance of equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Leading and mentoring a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Analyzing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for upper management. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures across all manufacturing activities. The Successful Applicant
A successful
Manufacturing Manager
should have:
A strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles. A minimum of 10+ years of experience. Strong technical knowledge of equipment and processes. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety and quality. Experience with process optimization, value streams and implementing cost-saving measures. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools. Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams. What's on Offer
