Job Description

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are followed. Support Project Managers with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and document management. Assist in procurement processes, RFI and submittal tracking, and change order documentation. Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Partner with field teams and trades to ensure safe, efficient execution on-site. Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management. A background in new construction is preferred; renovation experience is also valued. Experience with public-sector or K-12 projects is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with platforms like Procore, MS Project, or similar tools. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience. What's on Offer
