Job Description

The Project Manager - K-12 Projects - NoVA will be:

Managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination Leading site visits and ensuring quality control across multiple locations Collaborating with architects, engineers, and internal teams Ensuring safety compliance and adherence to project specifications Reporting progress and resolving issues proactively Supporting project closeout and client handover Mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative team culture Representing the company professionally with clients and stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - K-12 Projects - NoVA will have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management Proven experience in K-12 or similar institutional new construction Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site logistics Comfortable with travel across project sites Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office What's on Offer

The Project Manager - K-12 Projects - NoVA will receive:
