Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Job Overview The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the end-to-end supply chain by providing data-driven insights, improving forecasting accuracy and supporting operational excellence across demand planning, inventory management and logistics. The role collaborates closely with internal teams (Finance, Customer Operations, Brand Team & Global Team) and external partners and distributors to ensure product availability, cost efficiency and service level excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze sales, inventory, and forecast data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across product portfolio.
Create purchase orders.
Support the monthly S&OP process with data preparation, variance analysis, and recommendations for forecast adjustments.
Partner with Global, Finance, and Customer Operations teams to manage allocation, backorders, and replenishment strategies.
Develop dashboards and reports to track key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level and inventory.
Support new product launches and promotional activities by coordinating supply chain requirements and timelines.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Provide analytical support for cost reduction initiatives, network optimization, and freight analysis.
Lead and support Material Master Data processes.
Job Qualifications
Supply Chain/Operations experience.
Proficient in Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, customer focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated analytical ability.
