Under the general direction of the Design Administration Manager (Staff Services Manager I) for the Division of Design, the incumbent performs a variety of administrative staff support tasks requiring a high degree of responsibility and an analytical understanding of contract administration. The incumbent will be responsible for creating, maintaining and ensuring that the Division of Design’s contract services and procurement are provided accurately and in a timely manner. The incumbent must be customer service-oriented, possess strong computer skills, and be expected to produce quality work within the requested timeframes with minimal supervision.
