Sr. Payroll Specialist Remote Pay rate range: 50-55/hr Duties:

Directly responsible for payroll processing (regular cycle, off-cycle, and regulatory requirements) in the US Perform intake and timely resolution of payroll questions and service requests in Jira within SLA. Work with the payroll vendor, as needed, on processing and issue remediation. Compile data from various sources and validate accuracy, completeness and compliance. Perform audits of employee demographic data between payroll system and Workday. Conduct root cause analysts to identify and resolve issues. Verify wage calculations, deductions, and other remuneration for errors or inconsistencies. Maintain clean process documentation, such as checklists and runbooks. Collaborate with the People Ops Team and other cross functional teams to process employee changes in payroll and cross-check data for accuracy. Learn and grasp new payroll and financial concepts quickly. Communicate effectively with staff at various levels. Pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy in all payroll-related tasks. Utilize Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs for data management and reporting. Skills:

Minimum 5 years of payroll-related. Experience with Workday and UKG (or similar systems), preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Critical thinking skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs. Education :

Bachelor's degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
