About the Role The Company is in search of a Global Supplier Services Relationship Manager, Vice President. The successful candidate will be a key member of the BRM team, responsible for driving strategic decision-making in sourcing deals to optimize cost and delivery management objectives. This role demands a high level of motivation, the ability to manage complexity, and a talent for establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, over 10 years of industry experience, and a background that includes banking, sourcing, business development, and/or relationship management.
As a Relationship Manager, the role is pivotal in maximizing third-party spend to unlock commercial value. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to grow and protect client relationships, participating in banking meetings, and contributing to relationship management efforts. The candidate must possess superior communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to navigate politically sensitive situations and achieve win-win outcomes. A self-starter with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, the candidate should be a creative problem solver, capable of operating in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment, and adept at multitasking under pressure.
