Pay Range Base: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
Job Description Now hiring future remote Inside Sales Representatives to start training in January 2026. This position involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs, and matching them with appropriate products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. You will work in a remote environment and receive paid training and licensing in all 50 states.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult on insurance needs, and match customers with the right products.
Represent the Liberty brand with integrity and a customer‑centric approach.
Adapt to different working environments, whether office or remote, and maintain a professional workspace.
Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for a minimum of 12 months before shift change.
Maintain all required equipment and a stable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
2‑3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing speed and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty insurance license required; training provided if not currently held.
Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; training will provide licensing if you do not have one.
Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Eligible locations: Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, Louisiana.
College not required; business/finance degree preferred.
