Job Description Now Hiring: Future Remote Inside Sales Representatives! Apply today – classes start January 2026. As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Average earnings range from $55 k to $75 k through a combination of base salary and generous commissions. Top‑performing agents in their second year and beyond can earn over $85 k.
Position Details
Paid training and licensing (16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires).
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls – all incoming leads are warm.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (≈11 am‑8 pm CST). Minimum 12‑month commitment before shift change.
All computer equipment provided.
Home workspace: Dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Locations Candidates must reside in Missouri, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Kansas.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Proficient typing and PC skills.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
