Job Responsibilities
Identify transformative ideas and initiatives to enhance corporate strategy and market positioning
Lead the development of complex financial models and evaluate the viability of strategic initiatives
Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather insights
Synthesize data to provide actionable insights that inform executive decision-making
Conduct competitive analyses and develop reports addressing key market dynamics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business with 12+ years of experience, or an MA/MS/MBA with 8+ years of experience, or an M.D., PharmD, or Ph.D. with 6+ years of experience
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy roles in biotech or pharmaceutical environments
Strong ability to conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis, with experience in scenario analysis and forecasting
Proven track record of strategic thinking and ability to implement long-term plans
Excellent oral and written communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading discussions and guiding decision-making with senior executives and boards
Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities, with proactive problem-solving skills
Exceptional capability in conducting thorough competitive diligence and synthesizing complex data
