to provide essential support during their busy fundraising season. Job Description:

The

Philanthropy Database Coordinator

will be responsible for processing and maintaining donation records, managing data imports/exports, and ensuring accuracy within the fundraising database. This is a

part-time, in-office role (up to 32 hours/week)

through mid-January, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has prior experience working with

Raisers Edge

or

Raisers Edge NXT . Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process daily contributions (online, mail, electronic transfers, and gifts of stock) and ensure donor information is current and correct. Manage gift adjustments and data imports from multiple fundraising platforms and systems. Prepare and distribute daily donation and reconciliation reports. Maintain data integrity by performing regular database audits and updates. Support the Development team with queries, reports, and special projects as needed. Handle high transaction volume efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications:

Previous experience using

Raisers Edge

or

Raisers Edge NXT

is required. Prior experience in a nonprofit or development/fundraising environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets accurately.
