Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Credit Associate to join their client's team in Texas. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to manage credit and collections processes efficiently. Responsibilities

Review and approve sales quotes and orders for compliance with credit terms. Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments. Address and resolve billing disputes with customers. Follow up with customers on overdue payments and work to resolve payment issues. Send Notice of Intent letters across multiple states to customers, general contractors, and owners in compliance with credit policies, procedures, and lien laws to further efforts in payment collections. Update and notate customer accounts. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues. Process lien waivers for customers as requested. Review and process warranties for customers. Adhere to company credit and collection policies, practices, and procedures. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines. Experience Requirements

Three (3) years of relevant credit and/or collections experience with a strong understanding of collections procedures and techniques. Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, First Shift. Benefits

Salary:

$21 - $26 per hour
