Customer Service Representative
to provide exceptional support to consumers across multiple product lines, including cutlery, travel gear, and watches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a touch of hospitality to every interaction. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT. Customer Service Representative's Responsibilities and Duties: Handle a variety of
B2C customer inquiries
via email, live chat, and phone calls. Manage
after-sales support
while identifying opportunities for
upselling
additional products. Close approximately
10 cases per day , covering a wide range of customer concerns and requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient case resolution. Develop an in-depth understanding of product offerings to confidently guide customers through their purchases and post-sale needs. Customer Service Representative's Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in
customer service or hospitality
preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to create positive customer experiences. Quick learner who enjoys understanding new products and systems.
