What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives in Cardiac Ablation Solutions
Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters related to products and procedures
Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers, providing resources for hospital staff training
Update sales representatives about procedures and notify Account Managers regarding issues requiring follow-up
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
Must possess a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Preference for local qualified candidates and those with prior experience at the employer
