What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives
Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
Educate and train healthcare professionals on products and procedures, including one‑on‑one training and in‑service education programs
Collaborate with sales representatives to keep them informed about procedures and any issues requiring follow‑up
Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and work towards achieving sales goals in partnership with Account Managers
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
Associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the same fields; OR
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the same fields
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory and occasionally overnight
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Preference for local candidates with prior experience at the employer
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline
Completion of a pacing school or ATI‑like training program
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
