What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet cardiac ablation solutions sales and customer service objectives
Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters related to cardiac ablation products and procedures
Collaborate with sales representatives to update on procedures and notify of any issues requiring follow-up
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac ablation products and related procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma with a minimum of 6 years of healthcare experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field, or
Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of healthcare experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field, or
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and interact effectively with technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Proven track record with technical training assignments
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with experience in the cardiac field
Completion of a pacing school or ATI-like training program
Preference for local candidates and those with prior experience at the employer
