Junior Litigation Associate Attorney – Complex Commercial Cases | New York, NY A prestigious boutique law firm seeks a Junior Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. This is a standout opportunity to work on high‑stakes cases involving trademark, copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class action disputes at a firm known for its intellectual depth and strategic advocacy.

Base pay range $236,200.00/yr - $320,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research and craft persuasive written materials including motions, briefs, and memoranda.

Draft demand letters and other litigation documents across multiple commercial dispute types.

Participate in all stages of discovery and motion practice.

Take or defend depositions, or assist in preparing deposition outlines and witnesses.

Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop case strategy and ensure efficient case management.

Communicate effectively with clients, co‑counsel, opposing counsel, and subject‑matter experts.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from a top‑tier law school.

3–4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

Admission to the New York Bar.

Federal or state supreme court clerkship experience preferred.

Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
