What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit, lead, and coach a high‑performing Digital Solutions sales team to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote the adoption and utilization of digital solutions
Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs to ensure consistent performance and revenue growth
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support go‑to‑market efforts and identify new opportunities
Oversee sales reporting, territory planning, and administrative compliance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in sales leadership
Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred
Proven success in strategic account management and cross‑functional project leadership
Ability to travel up to 75%; field selling and surgical area access required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and strategic customer growth
Familiarity with digital product adoption and customer success strategies
