Our SAAS client is in need of a senior G&A recruiter. This role is remote and a six-month contract that could get extended or turn into full-time. Responsibilities include :

Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for General & Administrative roles across the organization.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate job offers and assist with the closing process for successful candidates.

Qualifications :

6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in G&A roles

Proven track record of successful hires and stakeholder management

Ability to be flexible and adaptable to pivot and cover various roles

Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in sourcing techniques and strategies including use of social media platforms

Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and analytics

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Experience in SAAS or technology industry recruiting is a plus

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
