Litigation Attorney - Foreclosure A leading legal services provider specializing in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation is seeking a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join their Melville, NY office. Requirements & Qualifications

Juris Doctorate and active New York Bar license in good standing

Minimum 5 years of foreclosure litigation experience

Capable of managing a high‑volume caseload

Strong understanding of state, local, and federal compliance within the foreclosure space

Ability to work in‑office during training, with hybrid flexibility afterward

Must Haves

Demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing litigation pleadings

Ability to manage client communications, court appearances, and status conferences

Strong organizational skills to track deadlines and case updates across multiple files

Ability to provide strategic, risk‑sensitive solutions in complex foreclosure disputes

Comfortable interacting with opposing counsel, clients, and internal teams in a collaborative setting

Preferred Background & Skills

Prior experience in mortgage banking, title disputes, or bankruptcy proceedings

Background working with banks, servicers, or institutional lenders

Familiarity with REO processes and eviction litigation

Experience working in diverse, high-volume legal environments

Interest in long-term career growth and leadership within a law firm setting
