Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively searching for Administrative Assistants in the Portland Metro area to connect with talented professionals for future opportunities. Location & Schedule Portland, OR Metro Area – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation $23–$28 per hour

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with onboarding of new employees and office orientation.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.

Support various office projects and coordinate team events as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with office management or HRIS systems is a plus.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.

Pay Details $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
