Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities Office Operations & Facilities Management
Oversee all aspects of office operations, including supply management, grocery ordering, and vendor coordination
Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; arrange repairs or replacements as needed
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to work
Monitor and manage office budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and efficient resource use
Manage keycard system including creating badges for new employees, replacing lost keycards
Ensure building is aware of any visitors full names and act as the first point of contact for any visitors who arrive to our office
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
Workplace Experience
Keep kitchen fully stocked with snacks, beverages, and paper goods
Order lunch for 6 c-level’s on a daily basis
Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities including monthly office lunches, happy hours and holiday events
Create a positive work experience for employees
Executive Support
Act as Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (manage calendar, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc administrative tasks)
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
