Our client, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking to hire an Office Manager to oversee their 75‑person office based in Hudson County, NJ. The position involves overseeing day‑to‑day office operations and ensuring a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Office & Workplace Operations
Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general upkeep. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Ensure the workspace is organized, safe, and conducive to productivity. Manage office-related budgets, emphasizing cost efficiency and responsible resource use. Administer building access and security systems, including creation and replacement of employee keycards. Serve as primary contact for visitors, coordinating building access and greeting guests upon arrival. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages. Keep common areas and kitchen fully stocked with necessary supplies and refreshments. Coordinate daily meal orders for senior leadership. Plan and execute office gatherings, team events, and seasonal celebrations to foster engagement and community. Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and positive employee experience. Provide direct administrative assistance to a senior HR leader, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and general support on day‑to‑day tasks. Seniority level
