What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and retention goals
Partner with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to present the company's offerings to the broker community
Strengthen and grow relationships with brokers through regular meetings and engagement
Drive the pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support sales efforts
Maintain strong connections with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience
Ability to analyze data from various sources to support decision‑making
High degree of integrity and transparency in professional conduct
Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement in performance

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and financial issues
