What You’ll Do:
Command the Sales Process: Manage lead‑generated sales cycles, from rapid responses to inquiries to securing signed contracts.
Engage with Charm: Utilize excellent communication skills via email, phone, and text to connect with potential clients and build relationships.
Persistent Follow‑up: Continuously engage with potential couples, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and guiding them to a decision.
Conduct Captivating Tours: Lead potential clients on inspiring property tours, showcasing the unique magic of our venues.
Master Negotiation: Employ persistence and negotiation skills to finalize contracts and exceed client expectations.
Achieve Sales Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed designated sales goals by effectively managing and converting leads.
Travel as Needed: Visit various venues within the region to enhance client experiences.
Craft Flawless Contracts: Prepare contracts with precision, collect payments, and secure initial signatures.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of daily sales activities in our CRM system to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Delight Clients: Provide exceptional verbal and written communication to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
2+ years sales experience, strongly preferred from hospitality, leisure/travel, IT, or healthcare.
Proven experience and track record in achieving strong sales results & expertise in customer service.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Physical Requirements: lifting up to 15 lbs and walking/standing for 8‑10 hours.
Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E‑Verify.
Compensation & Schedule:
Base + Uncapped Commission.
Part‑time: must be available to work on weekends, evenings and holidays.
