We're seeking a competent Digital Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Layton, Utah. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing campaigns for our current dealership clients, while also helping build systems and strategies that support our expansion into new industries.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display.

Configure and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Develop, launch, and optimize automated email campaigns, segmentation, and audience journeys.

Collaborate with account management, design, and data teams to align strategy and creative with client goals.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.

Document and refine processes for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Contribute to expanding Oz Marketing’s digital services beyond the automotive and powersports industries.

Stay current on platform updates, emerging tools, and best practices in paid and email marketing.

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands‑on experience in paid media and/or email marketing, preferably in an agency or multi‑client environment.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager; experience with email automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Go High Level, or similar).

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication, copywriting, and collaboration abilities.

Highly organized and process‑minded, capable of managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.

Experience in the automotive or powersports industry is a plus.

A proactive mindset with a drive to learn, improve systems, and grow with the team.
