We're seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team in Layton, Utah. This individual will help us build, optimize, and grow this division — driving better outcomes for our current clients while helping us expand into new industries.
Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced, solutions-oriented Email Marketing Specialist who can think strategically while executing high-quality campaigns. This role goes beyond managing sends — it’s about creating efficiencies, building smarter automations, and developing scalable strategies that improve client performance and agency processes. You’ll work closely with our account management and graphic design teams, using Monday.com to manage timelines, communication, and project delivery. Our current email platforms include Go High Level and Klaviyo, and we value candidates who can adapt to new tools as we continue to evolve. Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage high-performing email campaigns for multiple clients Collaborate with internal account managers and designers to produce engaging, conversion-driven emails Develop and optimize automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and audience journeys to improve efficiency and results Use Monday.com to organize and manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across departments Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline systems, and strengthen performance for our dealership clients Play a key role in expanding our email marketing services to new industries and external clients, helping define scalable systems and service offerings Analyze campaign data and report actionable insights Stay informed on industry trends, emerging tools, and email best practices Qualifications
2+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM management Hands‑on experience with email platforms (experience with Go High Level and/or Klaviyo is a plus, but not required) Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, deliverability, and analytics Excellent communication and copywriting skills Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Analytical and strategic thinker with a process‑improvement mindset Agency or multi‑client experience preferred; familiarity with automotive or powersports industries a bonus What We Offer
