Remote Inbound Sales Representative – Liberty Mutual Insurance

Pay
Base salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
Top performers can earn up to $85k+.
Location Remote (US) – candidates must reside in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Minnesota, Nebraska, Alabama, or Louisiana.
Job Details
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Paid training 16 weeks (licensed hires) or 18 weeks (unlicensed hires).
Comprehensive medical benefits from day 1.
No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.
Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11am‑8pm CST) for at least 12 months before shift change.
Work from home requires professional workspace, dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet (≥100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.
Responsibilities
Listen and respond to inbound calls and warm leads to determine insurance needs.
Educate prospects about Liberty Mutual products and benefits.
Close sales and convert leads into policyholders.
Maintain accurate call logs and activity in the system.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; minimum 2 years of sales/service‑related work required.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Typing proficiency and PC skill.
Property & Casualty Insurance License required; training provided if not licensed.
