What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support prospects through Alan’s online buying process by advising on relevant insurance products

Close contracts with single-member companies and very small businesses to increase market presence

Develop expertise in insurance products and competitor offerings to effectively address questions and objections

Manage your sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring follow-ups and meeting service-level agreements

Contribute feedback to improve the self-serve experience and overall product offerings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch; bilingualism is a plus

Strong active listening skills to understand and address prospect needs

Proven ability to drive a sales cycle and create a sense of urgency

Basic analytical skills to evaluate self-performance and sales metrics

High willingness to learn and ambition to build a career in sales

Experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in insurance or healthcare

A proactive mindset and resilience in handling challenging conversations

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
