What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive deals and manage key customer relationships to close strategic opportunities with large prospects (200 to 10,000 employees)
Educate prospects on the company's offerings and provide inspiring product demonstrations
Onboard key stakeholders such as HR Directors and C-level executives as they transition from prospects to customers
Collaborate with Sales Associates for prospecting and closing deals
Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales
Strong background in selling to large companies and understanding their operations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch; bilingual in Dutch/French is a strong plus
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
Strong analytical abilities and a passion for solving prospects' problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a fast‑paced sales environment
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Google Meet
A proactive approach to team collaboration and personal development
Experience in coaching or mentoring within a sales context
