Job Details / Responsibilities As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs, matching correct coverages and converting leads into policyholders.

Front line liaison representing the Liberty brand.
Reliable teammate adaptable to remote/home office environment.
Customer‑centric closer with integrity.
Position Details
Paid training 16–18 weeks, licensing provided.
Medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
Work schedule 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST) for at least 12 months.
Computer equipment and high‑speed wired internet required.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
Strong persuasive interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not held).
