As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You’d Be a Great Fit If You Are
A Passionate Seller : When a lead comes in, you skillfully pick up the phone and use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders. A Front Lines Liaison : You represent the Liberty brand, believe in what you’re selling, and enjoy connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs. A Reliable Teammate : Whether you work at the office or from home, you adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of our policyholders. A Customer-Centric Closer : While sales is in your title, integrity is in your nature. You sincerely care that our customers get exactly the quality products and services they need. Position Details
Paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; paid training includes licensing if you do not have one. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11 am–8 pm CST). Minimum 12 months before shift consideration. Computer equipment provided; home workspace with dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported. Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales. Excellent communication skills for both prospects and customers. Strong analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
