As a Senior Export Coordinator, you will be expected to manage and oversee the entire export operation process to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods to international destinations. Your role will also include mentoring junior staff and contributing to process improvements.
Export Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of Lading, certificates of ).
Ensure documentation meets international shipping regulations and destination requirements.
Maintain compliance with government regulations (ITAR, EAR, AES, Incoterms, etc.).
Logistics Coordination
Arrange freight bookings with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
Monitor and track international shipments, resolving any delays or disruptions.
