Position Summary: This position is responsible for executing project support functionalities for Oncor CI and/or Benchmarking initiatives. Elements of these functionalities include deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Malcolm Baldrige criteria, and/or Benchmarking support to meet the needs of Oncor. This position will collaborate with the Senior Manager and Manager of CEI to provide a comprehensive and superior service to internal clients. The incumbent will possess basic quantitative and qualitative skills and technical skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels. Builds relationships internally and to identify best practices involving systems, processes and people. Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supports activities within the Center for Excellence and Innovation to include Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt level projects as required by SMEs across the enterprise to sustain Oncor’s culture of Continuous Improvement. Partners with internal customers maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation efforts and assures that they support Oncor’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Utilizes CEI infrastructure related to SharePoint maintenance and administration, data analytics and reporting, and facilitation of meetings as needed by Oncor leadership Support 5S initiatives at various locations to include part number research and part quantity threshold settings. As needed, provides support for advanced analytics and modeling to aid customers in making data-driven business decisions. Other duties may be assigned. Specific to Staff Analyst
Supports Lean Six Sigma projects and/or Benchmarking analytics that align with Oncor’s continuous improvement curriculum. As needed, assists with data accumulation and analysis (from internal and external sources) for internal Oncor reporting to fulfill Benchmarking requests for Oncor leadership. Responsible for identifying key performance indicators that are aligned with tactical project execution. Researches and analyzes data accumulation (from internal and external sources) for internal Oncor reporting to fulfill Benchmarking requests for Oncor leadership. Skills
Ability to transform practical problems into practical solutions using a data-driven approach. Ability to use critical thought to help solve complex business problems using effective root cause analysis Experienced with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); advanced Excel capabilities is a plus Knowledge of and ability to use Oncor’s supply chain resource management software Specific to Specialist Analyst
Minitab statistical software knowledge a plus Education

4-5 years work-related experience in project management and application of continuous improvement tools and processes. Or 2 years work-related experience in change management disciplines inclusive of 2 years of LSS Yellow Belt project leadership. Or 6-8 years of experience in multiple Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management or similar roles with: Demonstrated formal or informal leadership and mentoring of others. Proven team-building and organizational skills. Proven experience as a champion of change. Proven ability to understand and incorporate business realities into a change program. Effectively collaborates with colleagues and other key stakeholders in the scoping, implementation, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives and other projects that support Oncor’s culture of Continuous Improvement Provides timely and effective communications with CEI management, peers, subordinates and other stakeholders. Serves as project leader on tactical Yellow Belt projects or Benchmarking data analytics; supports CEI Green Belts and Black Belts as needed Must quickly gain the trust of project teams and be comfortable interfacing with them andtheir delegates in all aspects of continuous improvement and operations reporting Level of confidence and attention to detail to be able to challenge and be challenged by local management Consistently achieves desired results.
