At least two years of relevant work experience. Ability to support operations and sales targets. Must meet federal and state requirements for firearm transactions where applicable. Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to interpret safety and operational documents. Proficiency with inventory software, order processing, and Microsoft Office. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds. Adherence to work hours and policies. Note:
