We are seeking a skilled Tender Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end bidding process, ensuring the successful acquisition of key projects. This role involves managing tender submissions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with procurement requirements, and contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.

About the Role
Oversee the end‑to‑end bidding process in‑line with Egis processes
Managing bidding activities within the department, including organizing and participating in tenders (preparing and compiling the necessary documentation for participation in public tenders – eligibility, financial, and technical aspects).
Collaborating and coordinating with the operational departments and service lines, preparing and verifying supporting documents, and drafting and reviewing key documentation necessary for the bid.
Reporting on the status of ongoing and submitted tenders, coordinating with the legal department to validate responses to clarification requests, drafting and submitting potential appeals, and monitoring the status of bid and performance guarantees.
Maintaining communication with contracting authorities or tender organisers throughout the procedural process – ensuring continuous monitoring and compliance.
Supervising the recurrent monitoring of the SEAP platform to identify relevant tenders for participation.
Allocating and coordinating tasks among the tender unit team members within the department.
Ensuring timely execution and verification of department activities.
Coordinating with other relevant tender units of the group
What do we need from you
We recognise that each applicant will bring different experience, but the ideal candidate will have:
Preferable 7‑10 years of experience in a similar position
Good understanding of tender process management and requirements
Leadership with ability to drive a tender process team
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
Good spoken and written English
Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft applications – Excel advanced).
Good organisational skills and experience of working as part of a team
