Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Support the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure alignment with project goals. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites. Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as required. Conduct site visits to monitor project activities and quality of work. The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have:

A background in construction management or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
