Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Events and Sales Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of our event planning and sales initiatives, contributing to the successful execution of various events while supporting our sales team in achieving targets. As an integral part of the organization, you will assist in coordinating all aspects of events, from initial planning stages to post-event evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion. Support the sales team in preparing sales materials and proposals. Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental. Manage event registration processes and customer communications for participants. Assist with marketing efforts to promote events, including social media and email campaigns. Prepare post-event reports and evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in event planning or sales support roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software. Benefits
