In this role, you will support financial operations by performing detailed reconciliations and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. - Perform detailed reconciliation tasks to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including reviewing and processing invoices.
- Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain accurate financial records.
- Input and verify data with precision to support financial reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Assist in generating financial reports and summaries for management.
- Ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all financial transactions.
- Support other accounting tasks as needed to meet team objectives. Requirements - Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
