Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Midland, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for handling financial tasks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Process work orders for payment accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile technician expense reports to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes effectively.
- Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools to support financial operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files.
- Support administrative tasks related to financial documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Provide assistance with additional accounting duties as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Previous administrative or accounting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel for basic financial tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
