The Role:

Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Location:

San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:

$35-$45/hour

Must have Ashby and Google Workplace experience. 1+ year of experience working in a fast‑paced tech environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling
• Provide clear communication and logistics to candidates and interviewers
• Monitor and update candidate records in Ashby
• Serve as point of contact during interviews
• Support ad-hoc recruiting projects and initiatives
• Champion a five‑star candidate experience from first contact to offer
