Biscred is the go-to sales intelligence and prospecting platform for the commercial real estate industry. This hybrid role is based in Central Boston, with in-office work required three days a week at 100 Summer St. or 711 Atlantic Ave. Biscred Overview Biscred, a Bisnow company, is a sales enablement and prospecting tool that allows you to find prospects throughout the commercial real estate industry more efficiently through an easy-to-use, intelligent database. Leveraging the industry experience and intelligence from Bisnow, the largest B2B platform in CRE with 11 million readers across 50 markets, Biscred's database identifies, validates, categorizes, and verifies contacts to help salespeople focus on the right prospects. Whether targeting high-rise multifamily developers or retail property owners, Biscred provides the fastest path to find them. Our data infrastructure and search attributes are designed to navigate CRE nuances, enabling sales teams to spend more time selling and less time searching. Key Responsibilities

Drive company growth as an Account Executive by identifying prospective clients, presenting our value proposition, and closing new deals through a consultative sales approach. Proactively generate new business via inbound leads, warm contacts, and cold outreach. Collaborate with sales development, product, and data teams to ensure an excellent client experience. Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing, nurturing opportunities along the way. Identify additional revenue opportunities within existing clients in partnership with customer success teams. Communicate Biscred's strategy and vision clearly to clients and prospects. Handle multiple sales opportunities efficiently, managing time and resources effectively. Stay informed on industry trends and develop innovative methods to attract clients. Attend industry events to build personal brand and establish credibility in sales intelligence. Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in CRE, SaaS, or DaaS sales. 1-2 years in start-up or early-stage company environments. Experience managing and achieving objectives within large new client territories. Proven success in meeting annual revenue targets. Excellent presentation skills to convey value at all organizational levels. Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Entrepreneurial mindset; adaptable and willing to take on multiple roles in a startup environment. Benefits
