Accounts Payable Analyst
to join their collaborative Finance team. If processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships excite you, this role is your next move! Salary/Hourly Rate: $55k - $65k Annually Position Overview: As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be the backbone of the Finance team, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time, accounts are reconciled, and financial records remain clean. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations and support overall business processes. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst:
Accurately process and enter high volumes of vendor invoices (~4,000/month).
Ensure compliance with the three-way match process.
Maintain, reconcile, and review accounts payable reports.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end close procedures and support audit preparation as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
6 months - 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related finance experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
Experience handling high-volume invoice processing in a team environment.
Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Accounts Payable Analyst:
Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline), Textura, Timberscan, or Employee Central.
Familiarity with project-based accounting or finance operations.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma is required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
