Compensation Package
Base Salary : $50,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 10-15 accounts, primarily in the 50+ lives segment Handle renewals and conduct open enrollment meetings (face-to-face interactions required) Quote new and renewal business as needed Utilize Employee Navigator software for account management Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain organized and efficient workflows to meet client needs Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations : Life & Health (L&H) license required Experience : Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role; candidates with assistant-level experience looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply Software Proficiency : Experience with Employee Navigator is highly preferred Soft Skills : Driven and self-motivated Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education : Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience
