We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must have construction knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage
Accounts Payable (AP)
— verify invoices, obtain approvals, and ensure timely payments.
Handle
Accounts Receivable (AR)
— prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on past-due accounts.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Qualifications:
Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Soule, Eniteo)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
