Position Summary
The
Senior Customer Service Representative
provides exceptional support to hospitals, clinics, and distributors by managing product inquiries, order processing, shipment coordination, and complaint handling. This position serves as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced medical device environment.
Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and shipments. Process orders, sample requests, and return authorizations with a high level of accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve delivery, backorder, or inventory issues. Handle product complaints and collaborate with the sales team for timely resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the ERP system. Provide sales and operations teams with reports, data, and customer feedback as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of
3-5 years of customer service experience , preferably in the
medical device or healthcare industry . Strong understanding of
order processing, logistics, and product complaint handling . Experience with
ERP or CRM systems
(e.g., Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP, Salesforce). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Authorization to work in the United States. Skills & Competencies Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Team-oriented, proactive, and collaborative work style. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with
medical terminology or regulatory documentation
is a plus.
