Job Summary The Tree Care Account Manager (TCAM) serves as the primary point of contact for BrightView's tree care clients, focusing on exceptional customer service, client retention, and growth through ancillary sales, while providing oversight for field operations. This role provides supervision to the tree crews to ensure that proper care and proper horticulture practices are performed. Writing recommendations for pest control, disease control, fertilizer recommendations, pruning recommendations, and required weed control. The TCAM collaborates with vendors to ensure that recommendations are followed and completed in a timely manner and also develops and implements best management practices on tree maintenance and safety. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the commercial tree care business, ensuring efficiency and quality. Ensure that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building, and regular site visits Schedule work, drafting work orders, and occasionally instruct crews on key elements of job scope/requirements to ensure that executed work meets the clients’ expectations. Follow up with customers – resolving issues as needed. Partner with the Account Managers to ensure complete customer follow-up after job completion and that all work performed meets client expectations. Assist with business development, attend sales calls with Account Managers for estimate requests. Submit final paperwork to accounting for billing and collection. Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well Positively promote the Company culture regarding safety, quality, and customer service Work with Account Managers in regional territories to develop Tree Care programs and estimates for new and existing clients Assist with crew training on proper Tree Care techniques and reviewing crew work for quality and efficiency Perform tree maintenance to include the oversight of nutrition, pests, health, and vigor, weed prevention, diseases, and soil moisture Provide oversight and supervision to the maintenance crews, spray applications (in-house and subcontractors), inventory of chemicals, required reporting, and health and safety compliance Identify and develop opportunities for department growth and service expansion. Actively support and promote company safety culture and protocols. Education and Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry ISA Certified Arborist highly preferred but not required Once hired, must be able to pass the Arborist certification (company paid) Qualified Application License Experience in outside sales, generating new business leads, and networking Strong communication skills (listening, oral, and written) Strong interpersonal skills – able to build solid business relationships Able to multitask and prioritize Physical Demands/Requirements: Operation of a computer and other office equipment/systems, such as a laptop, cell phone, and sales and operational programs/tools Position is a combination of mobile and sedentary work; must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time Customarily and regularly spends more than half of the time working away from BrightView’s places of business, walking job sites, selling and obtaining orders or contracts for BrightView’s services Ability to travel by car, train, and plane Position needs to be able to traverse uneven grounds and walk on job sites with clients and the branch team for periods of time up to 4 hours Work Environment: Works both indoors and outdoors; attends branch stretch and flex 3-4 days per week Field-based position, a combination of office and customer-facing BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.

Compensation Pay Range: Salary: $68,640-80,000/yr BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members. Benefits offerings for full-time team members include medical, dental, and vision insurance, ancillary and voluntary products, a 401k savings plan with employer contributions, and 6 to 9 company paid holidays per year. Employees may also be eligible to receive paid time off for vacation and/or sick leave, tuition reimbursement, and/or potential variable pay opportunities based on position and performance.
