Job Title: Director, Strategic Sourcing (MRO)
Location: Remote (10% Travel)

Overview : The role supports the
Global Supply Management (GSM)
and
Indirect Global Procurement (IGP)
teams by leading strategic sourcing initiatives for services. Responsibilities include vendor selection, price negotiation, RFP execution, and achieving total cost of ownership (TCO) savings. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Legal, Cybersecurity) is key.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing Initiative Define strategy, scope, and objectives for sourcing initiatives. Obtain executive alignment and approvals for plans and activities. Execute RFX processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and negotiate key business terms. Evaluate vendors using TCO modeling, scorecards, and stakeholder input. Recommend vendors, secure rate agreements, and oversee transition to contract management. Category Management & SRM Manage Category : Develop category plans, prioritize opportunities, and maintain market expertise. Plan Projects : Define scope, stakeholders, and timelines. Execute Projects : Conduct RFX processes, vendor assessments, and negotiations. Vendor Evaluation : Use financial and qualitative analyses to down-select vendors. Contracting : Oversee lifecycle management, including business terms negotiation, approval, and compliance. Supplier Relationship Management : Monitor vendor performance, ensure contract adherence, and manage third-party risks. Operations : Handle escalations, approvals, reporting, and spend analytics.
Reporting & Analytics:
Create and maintain reports for spend analysis, cost savings, KPIs, and ROI. Perform data validation, advanced Excel modeling (TCO, price modeling), and ad hoc analyses. nalyze budgetary and contract data to assess performance and savings. Conduct monthly cost savings audits and variance analysis. Other Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day tactical operations and process improvement initiatives. Provide ad hoc support as required. Core Competencies:
