A leading convenience retail company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support sourcing and negotiation efforts across key business categories. Responsibilities
Draft and manage RFx events using an eSourcing platform
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop Statements of Work and gather project requirements
Ensure sourcing timelines are met and communicate risks that may impact project delivery
Support proposal evaluations, build total cost of ownership (TCO) models, and conduct should-cost analyses
Analyze spend data, usage patterns, and budgets to identify savings opportunities
Track and report project savings to leadership
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other departments to support contract execution
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
0-2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, finance, or analytics (3+ years preferred)
Ability to travel independently up to 5%
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable working with large datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with eSourcing platforms and contract management is a plus
Certifications such as CPSM or FMVA are a plus but not required
